Heidi Overman, LMT
Owner / Massage Therapist
In general, Massage Therapists are trained in anatomy, physiology, pathology and kinesiology. We study modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, shiatsu, Thai, MFT, trigger points, cupping, hot stone and many more. Not all massage therapists are trained in all modalities. We choose specialties and our natural touch define what type of massage therapist we become. I am a Therapeutic Massage Therapist.
What does that mean to you?
As a therapeutic massage therapist, I am trained in many types of modalities. I am detailed oriented and work specific muscle groups, as well as using broader strokes for relaxation. Working deep into muscle tissues when necessary and applying the lightest touch as your muscle responds, is part of finding what each body part needs and what modality it will respond to. I listen to your concerns and your muscles as I work. Then we talk about your specific areas of issue, while developing an individual plan for you.
Signe Millard, LMT
Signe has been practicing massage therapy for 20 years, and prior to that she worked for 20 years as a registered nurse. She is passionate about massage as a therapeutic modality that should be tailored to each client’s specific problems, needs and preferences.
Sig started massage school shortly after getting her first massage and was trained in traditional Swedish massage at the Gateway College of Massage Therapy in Nebraska. She went on to teach massage at three different schools.
Throughout her career, she has received training in deeper techniques and John Barnes Myofascial Release which have reinforced my belief that massage can be amazingly therapeutic as well as relaxing. She was taught that no two massages should be exactly the same, and treat each client as a unique, evolving individual.
Sig finds it most rewarding to see a client leave a massage relaxed, smiling, and feeling better

Believing strongly in our own body's ability to heal itself, she uses her expertise to effectively assist it in achieving overall wellness. Massage is amazingly powerful in relaxing body and mind and in maintaining functional support of the body.
Vicky’s deeply soothing blend of different techniques provide the needed aid in each individualized session.
She enjoys cloudy and rainy days, spending time with her young daughter, and reading
Bonnie Lamay, LMT

She graduated in 2019 and quickly put her talent to good use. “ I am very knowledgeable due to all the modalities I learned in school.” Bonnie has a medical background and working in the hospital is what influenced her to be more hands on in her journey to help others. “I feel massage therapy is a fantastic way to help people heal from the inside.

Janelle White, LMT
Janelle is not the therapist you go to because you want to fall asleep, but rather, the therapist you go to because you want to improve your overall health and will challenge you for the better.
She believes in the “team” theory of healing, in which I am one member of your team, working with the other members in order to help you reach your goals. She believes in longer intakes/consultations with her clients to get a better understanding of what’s going on within your body, and to better optimize your session time.
